20 January 1973 –born in the town of Novy Zay, Tatar Soviet Socialist Republic (now Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation).

1995 – graduated with honours from the Moscow Theological Seminary.

1996-1997 – a staff member of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations: Sector for Relations with the Roman Catholic Church and Sector of Orthodox Pilgrimage.

1999 – took an external degree at the Moscow Theological Academy.

7 October 1999 – ordained deacon.

16 October 1999 – ordained priest.

1999-2002 – served at the Parish of the Holy Prophet Elijah in the town of Konakovo, Tver Region, and lectured at the “Novaya Korcheva” Youth Cultural Centre.

2002 – appointed rector of the newly-established Parish of the Holy Apostle Andrew the First-Called in Naples, Italy, by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church.

22 March 2011 – nominated rector of the Patriarchal Metochion in Bari, Italy, by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church.
