Andrei Grigoryevich Guryev
– was born in 1960; a graduate of the State Central Institute of Physical Education and the St. Petersburg State Mining Institute named after Georgy Plekhanov. Mr. Guryev entered on his career in 1978 as a judo instructor at the Dynamo Fitness and Sports Society.
1990-2000 – worked in commercial and scientific organizations.
2001 – June 2013 – was a member of the Council of the Federation, representing the Murmansk Region.
Mr. Guryev is a vice-president of the Russian Chemists Union, chairman of the Nonprofit Partnership “DROZD – Russian Children are Well-Educated and Healthy”, master of sports of international grade in judo, honoured trainer of Russia.
Mr. Andrei Guryev has been awarded the Order of Honour, the Certificate of Honour of the President of the Russian Federation, the Certificate of Honour of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as Orders of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Sergei Genrikhovich Uvarkin
1975 – graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
1975-2003 – worked at the “Elektroprivod” All-Russian Research Institute as engineer, senior engineer, senior research fellow, head of laboratory.
